Battle Wars is a board game I created that combines a Rock-Paper-Scissor system with dice and abilities in order to create some interesting psychological decisions for the player.

I made sure to tune the probabilities behind each option for the player so they were all balanced closely yet remained thematic and memorable.

This is an example of one of the earlier board games that I have made over the past 5 years. I think that paper prototyping mechanics is a great way to get jump started on design as the necessary startup costs are virtually 0.
